This policy explains what information the ASH Media Store collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this store and the media it delivers. If you have questions, contact us at info@ashproductions.com
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash). You may optionally provide a studio name and a billing address.
When you contact support we collect your name, email address, your message, and the order it relates to, along with any replies our team sends.For each order we store the items purchased, the amounts (subtotal, discounts, service fee, tax, account credit applied, and total), the payment method, the order status, and a reference id from our payment processor. We also record the IP address, browser user agent, device type, and referring page associated with the order.
We never see or store your card number. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payments are handled entirely by our payment processors. We only retain a transaction reference so we can match a payment to your order and issue refunds.
As you use the store we record activity events: page views, adding an item to your cart, starting checkout, completing a purchase, and downloading media. Each event may include your account id (if signed in), a session identifier, the event or routine viewed, the studio, item count and order value, your IP address, device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), and the referring page.
We use this to operate and improve the store, understand which events and media are in demand, and detect problems or abuse. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not run third party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in while you browse. If you choose "remember me," a long lived login token is stored so you do not have to sign in each visit. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies. Clearing these cookies signs you out.
Accounts may only be created by individuals 13 years of age or older, and account holders must confirm this at signup. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account or provide us with personal information directly.
Because this store sells event media, photographs and video of performers who are minors. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you want media of your child removed from sale, or you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided us personal information, please contact us at info@ashproductions.com and we will remove it promptly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the store:
Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the safety of others.
Account, order, and support records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. Purchased media stays available to download for as long as we host that event's media. When an event is removed from our system its media is deleted from storage, and purchased downloads for that event stop working. Activity events are retained in aggregate to understand store performance over time.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. The site is served over encrypted connections.
You can view and update your name, email, and studio from your account page. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; we will still send transactional messages such as receipts, download links, and password resets.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Contact us at info@ashproductions.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honor those requests as required.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to account holders by email.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ASH Media Store and any media you purchase from it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you confirm this when you register. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must confirm your email address before you can complete a purchase.
The store sells digital assets. Purchases are delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. Preview images displayed on the site are watermarked and reduced in quality; the files you receive after purchase are unwatermarked, full quality originals.
When you buy media you are buying a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying work. Copyright in the photographs and video remains with Artists Simply Human.
Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print, and share the media you purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes posting to your personal social media accounts.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the media. You may not remove or obscure any watermark or credit, or share your download links so that people who did not purchase the media can obtain the files. Bulk downloading, scraping, or automated access to the store is not permitted.
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are displayed before you confirm an order. Your total may include a service fee and applicable sales tax, and may reflect studio volume discounts, promotional discounts, or account credit. The full breakdown is shown on the checkout page before payment.
We may change prices, discounts, and promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time you complete checkout.
We may issue account credit. Credit is applied automatically toward your next order.
Account credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be subject to an expiration date announced when it is issued. We may adjust or remove credit that was issued in error or obtained through misuse.
Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order you authorize the applicable provider to charge your selected payment method for the total shown. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
Your media is available to download immediately after your payment is confirmed. A link for download is available through the "My Orders" page.
Your purchased media stays available for as long as we continue to host that event's media. Events are not hosted indefinitely. When an event is removed from our system its files are deleted and previously purchased downloads for that event stop working. Please download your files and keep your own backup copy. We cannot guarantee we will be able to restore media for an event that has been removed.
Because purchases are digital files that are delivered immediately, all sales are final once the media has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your purchase, or if you were charged in error, received the wrong media, or the files will not open, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. info@ashproductions.com
Performers appearing in the media, or their parents or legal guardians if the performer is a minor, may request that specific media be removed from sale. Contact us at info@ashproductions.com and we will remove it promptly. Removal from sale does not recall copies already purchased and downloaded by others.
If you believe content on this store infringes your copyright, contact us with details of the work and the material in question and we will review and respond.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the store, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, probe or test our security, use automated tools to access or download content, or use the store in violation of any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent.
We work to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the store, including specific media or events, at any time.
The store and its media are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artists Simply Human will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the store. Our total liability for any claim relating to the store or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to account holders by email. Continuing to use the store after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
